Last week I had textured, edgy sweater, while today is that soft and cozy version.
As a base, I used gorgeous China Glaze - Snow Way!
I call this white version of my favourite Pearl Jammin' - down to the red flash. Effect is not as strong as it is in Pearl Jammin' - and that was the best part! It looked like it was glowing from within.
That said, this is still one really pretty polish. I can see me using it instead of plain white. Shimmer was on a black list for a while, but I am glad that is making a comeback in a nail polish world. I do not think that there is a nail polish finish that I do not like. Some of them I could wear all the time, and some of them in a small servings, but never the less, they are all loved here.
On the swatch, I am wearing three thin coats of Snow Way! It is on the sheer side, but that is not a problem here, as it dries pretty quick.
When I was deciding about which stamping polish to use, I decided to play on that orang-y shimmer, and decision was to use my new Hit the Bottle stamping polish - Let's go to the Peach. I think this is my favourite orange stamping polish to date. As all of the Hit the bottle polishes, this one is very pigmented, and is suitable for stamping on the light and the dark colors. There is very subtle gold shimmer through Let's go to the Peach, and is so pretty. This may warm me up to the orange color a bit... Orange is definitively not on the my favourite color list. I may use it once in a blue moon, but that is just it. Unless it is neon... then I may wear it just because...
I stamped image from Cooi - 018 stamping plate, and I really like this coarse knitting design. I just can't explain to myself why I did not wear this pattern before.
I topped everything with Love, Angeline - Topped with love top coat, and I also added couple of orange studs, just because I could.
I just hope that all of you got some R&R this weekend, and are ready for a new week... which would make one of us... Some days, I can't wait to go back to work to rest from the weekend. This is one of those days.
Thank you for stopping by, and take care.
