To be honest, it really surprised me that I was gravitating towards this deep shade, but when I get something in my head, it is hard to convince me something different.
Polish I used as a base is Cupcake Polish - Now You See Me.
Nice to apply formula, that took 2 coats for full opacity. On the swatch above, I am wearing 2 coats and top coat.
Because my base was so deep, I decided to go with light and bright colors for the add on. You know, this is actually totally me. I love deep, saturated colors, I love bright colors, and I love contrasts, and this manicure has it all.
Layered pineapple images are on Creative Shop 133 plate you seen me use few times recently.
Images on my index finger are on Uber Chic - Vacation Mode stamping plate.
All stamping polishes are by B. Loves Plates - B. a Sunflower (light yellow), B. a Lemon (deeper yellow), B. a Polypody (light green), B. a Christmas Tree (metallic green), B. an Orange (orange) and B. a Blueberry (light blue). Those polishes truly justified the purchase, and I reach for those cremes so often, I don't know what I did before I got them. Interesting enough, I had metallic collection for a while, and I did not use it very much, but those cremes are awesome - super pigmented and they look awesome against the dark polishes.
I also used a dark brown polish by Revlon - Hot Chocolate.
Have to admit, I loved this on my nails, and I wore it for a few days paired for some of those days with my Hawaiian Owls scrub top. One of those days, I will have to do a recreation of that scrub top, as I find idea of hula dancing owl quite hillarious
With that mental image in your head, I will bid you all an amazing day.
Cheers!
