Shimmery white base is by Zoya - Genesis. It has such a soft shimmer that is better noticeable with glossy top coat, but I wanted this one to be matte. I totally forgot I have this polish, so it is a good thing to open some of my polish drawers more often.
Honestly, this one kind of played on its own.
I wanted to play with some gold leaf, and I found container with gold on one, and silver on the other side, so that is the one I decided on. Idea was to use the silver side, but that kind of went with the wind when one of them pieces landed on the gold side and I decided I did not care if they will be on gold or silver side. This decision was so much better for my mental health.
Lately, I finding myself reaching for my brushes more often than I would thought I would. Despite all the stamping plates I own, I surprising myself with decision to freehand. Not that I am all that great, but practice makes perfect, if nothing else more confident in your own abilities.
I reached for Color Club Nail Lacquer - Curve 'em, beautiful burgundy crème, and this is what came out. In the end, I picked up Revlon - Vintage, and added some more lighter colored dots.
Have to admit that colorful snow is growing on me, and I absolutely loved the combination of colors and finishes.
My first sentence stated that it is time to whine, and you probably guessing why - back to work time. I finally trained myself to get up at 8 am, and now I have to (rudely) re-train myself to get up couple of hours sooner... mornings suck!
At the same time, looking forward to seeing my coworkers, and step away from easily accessible food... my waist will thank me later.
Have yourself an amazing day.
Cheers!
