Good thing it is behind us, and I planned couple of bright, seasonal manicures, so stay tuned...
My last fluid nail art did not quite ended up like I imagined, so I sat down for another session.
Considering that Halloween is in less than a week, so I picked colors inspired by this macabre holiday.
I used white, peach, neon orange, well shaken Sinful Colors - Concrete jungle and Dance Legend - Spot it Black. I absolutely loved the results this time.
I couldn't tell if some of the cells were created by Concrete jungle, or it was all Spot it Black, but l loved all the cells that were created.
Once again, I just randomly dripped colors in the same puddle on my mat, I folded it to "mix" the colors, and just sat back to watch magic happening.
It never stops to amaze me the whole process, and no matter what I do, I can't replicate the effect. I think that randomness of this whole process is what attracts me the most to it, and the reason behind me going back again and again to this technique.
For whichever reason, this reminded me of melting of celluloid camera film, or the old fashioned projector, when film gets melted in. Instead of film, I imagined Jack O Lantern melting down like it is made out of wax... I know, my brain is just a tad different than of yours average bear. LOL!
Oh, I just wonder if I am the only one that see whole bunch of the eyes just watching you from my nails - kind of creepy, if you ask me! That said, I would say it is totally appropriate!
Hoping for much better day today.
Cheers!
