Once again, I wish I had more input in this process, as I imagined this particular design slightly bigger, so you can actually see what it is supposed to be, and to be able to color in... it is what it is, plate is out, and I actually waited to show you the plate so I can do the manicure that would match the honeysuckle in my garden...
Plate I am referring to is Maniology - M096.
Today, as I did mention earlier I wanted to match the image to the honeysuckle in my garden. I wanted so bad to take the photos in my garden, but at the time I did this manicure rain was so insistently coming down day after the day, and I was so afraid that by the time I finally have a sunny day, all the blooms will be spent. My son clipped me a flower or two so I could take the photos with the matching manicure...
As a base for this manicure I used two different polishes: On middle and ring finger I used the sheer nude polish by OPI - Act Your Beige!
On rest of the nails I am wearing Color Club - I've Got a Crush. I used soft color, as I did not want this delicate design to fight the stronger colors.
First I stamped image using the metallic polish by Maniology - Satin Blush, which was the perfect match for the holographic polish I was wearing, and I also added some sheer tints to color in the honeysuckle with Essie - Love sheen and OPI - Landscape Artist. This was so pretty and soft, but shiny lines made it next to impossible to see the image itself, so I double stamped with Maniology - Terracotta Rose.
I topped the stamping with matte top coat, as I wanted this easier to see and photograph. I truly wish that this image is slightly bigger. I placed two on each nail, but you can use it any way you would like. The second image is perfectly sized for my nails, and I will use it on a different occasion...
I purchased all the Maniology items myself, and you are more than welcome to my special discount code SANJA10 to save 10% off of your purchase. I placed the links for your convenience to use if you are interested in any of the items I used here.
Wishing you an amazing week.
Cheers!
