I done this few months ago for the review, but eventually went with the different design all together.
As a base I used Essie - Tuck it in my tux. This is off-white crelly that needed few coats for the almost a full opacity.
On my index and pinky, I added some flakie topper by Ciate - Snow Globe. Those are not really fine flakies, so they left some bumps on the surface.
Images are on Born Pretty - Arab Passion L003 plate, item #44327.
For stamping, I used Kaleidoscope - St.85- Brown and DRK Nails - Copper. I double stamped for a better visibility, and was pretty good in lining most of the images pretty well (except on my pinky). I will take any small victory, whenever I can.
I ended up loving this so much, that I kept it on my nails for a few days.
Loved the soft yet so detailed look. Simple color scheme kept this pretty sharp and elegant. It is so easy to go overboard with the designs like this one, but I like to keep those fine lines very simple.
I had a busy day, got to work in a garden a bit, trimming my roses (I could see tiny leaf buds just about to open), and that took most of the morning... As a reward for cleaning them, and weeding around them, I have a scratches all over my hands, despite the heavy gardening gloves I was wearing...
To all of you, I am wishing a great week.
Cheers!
