I have another green-ish creation for today.
Pretty shimmery teal polish is another oldie but goodie by Revlon - Bohemian. I have it for many years, and still so pretty. Years back, before I discover fun Indie brands, majority of my polishes were drugstore, mainstream brand. Even though things changed rapidly, I still hold on to some of those polishes for different reasons.
Since those beginnings, mainstream brands did up their game and started with production of different finishes. These days price is not much different between Indie and mainstream brands as it was before, but regardless the price, I like to have different finishes and styles of polishes, and mainstream does not cut it any more. I also like to support small business' as they are putting their heart and soul into creating interesting polishes that also have less harmful ingredients than those from big manufacturers.
Images I used are on Nicole Diary - 123 stamping plate. I always loved that butterfly image, and I split it onto two nails, but my color scheme is too close. Maybe if I chose to use matte top coat, stamping would be better visible, but I love the glossy finish, and I loved how on certain angles it looked like there was no stamping.
For stamping I used Dance Legend - Green stamping polish. This is another polish that I have for a while. I purchased it years ago from Beautometry. I was on the look for the perfect green, and this came pretty close to it. I was purchasing as many green stamping polishes as I could, not that I use them that much, I just felt that I need them... yeah...
I always loved tone on tone stamping for more elegant look, and I absolutely loved this understated look. I wore this most of the last week, and I could not have love it more even if I could.
Have yourself an amazing day.
Cheers!
