We Canadians are little more laid back, so we spend our with family. We actually had a big dinner yesterday, and today I can actually relax. Love the long weekends. My list is shorter for couple of items, and I can be happy. As you getting older, quiet holidays are what the doctor prescribed! LOL!
I prepared the appropriate manicure for today's post, and accidentally I matched the color scheme to my coffee mug. Some days my subconscious brain just takes over, and this is color combo I had to have on my nails. I included the photo of my nails and my mug.
Thanks to Polish Pickup (PPU) I get to try different indies, without commitment of the big order, and for the flat rate shipping. I like my shipping to work for me, so if I will pay the same for the one polish as for ten, I will order ten of them, of course... I am bit out of control these days, and I truly need an intervention...
My untired polishes and plates pile never get down, as I almost daily receive something in the mail. Naturally, review products get the advantage over the ones I purchased for my own soul.
For that particular reason, I try to use at least one untried item with every manicure. That of course prevents me for using the same polish multiple times in a row - as I really have no time to wear them. In the same time, if I like the brand, I would purchase multiples of the same brand, and some days it seems like I always wear the same brand... What to tell you - struggle is real.
Today, I got to wear new to me Indie brand Stella Chroma, and their PPU exclusive - Spin me around.
Every time you move your hand, your eye see different color flash - either from the base, or the shimmers or the flakies. All that, plus easy to work with and apply formula that dries to the high gloss, chrome like finish. This is my first polish from this maker, but if all are like this one, I guarantee that it is not the last one. On the swatch above, I am wearing three coats and no top coat. It was opaque in two coats, but I added one more just in case, as I did not wear black undies. I believe that color shift could be even more spectacular with the black base.
It is on my to-do list, whenever that happen. For whichever reason, I just can't get enough of the green lately, so expect to see some in my feed, together with load of pink and nude...
Images I used are on Uber Chic - Hello Fall & Pumpkin Spice stamping plate, as this plate has so many cute images, I had to use it again.
For stamping, I used 2 stamping polishes I received last year from Beautometry via My Mani Box. Both of them are by MoYou London - Blue Whale and Frosted Lake. I love that I had the chance to try those stamping polishes, as MoYou London does not ship them to Canada, I did try to order them. There is also Canadian exchange, but sale is never as good as on the original site. Until that changes, I am glad that some other exchanges carry them, and I am really happy how either one of them stamped.
I was pretty chatty today... now I will leave you with the warmest wishes for the amazing day.
Cheers!
