I love that Canadian Thanksgiving is so close to change of seasons, and it is truly giving a thanks for the all crops that are by now harvested, and a stock that that will provide us with the food in a cold months to come.
As always, I am happy to see my family thrive, my boys growing strong, happy and independent, no matter how much I ache inside with the knowledge that any time soon, they will start to leave the nest, and start their life away from mom...
I am thankful for the wonderful people I am working with, and working for. I have the best coworkers and the best bosses. I am truly blessed with my 'second family', as I spend most of my waking hours with them.
Even though I did not want to have a pet, I am thankful for my furry baby, my sidekick -Princess. When I am home, she is not leaving my side, and she is right here, next to me, looking expectantly in my direction... Amount of love I get from her on daily basis is unbelievable.
I am thankful for my home, in which I slowly but surely finishing all the projects hubby and I started all of those years ago...
I am thankful for all of my family and friends that stand next to me during past year, and the helping hand they extended in the time of need.
I did not prepared anything special, just one Autumnal manicure done with the products I received last week or so...
I started with gorgeous polish that was in my mystery Indie grab bag from Beautometry.
This is Il Etait Un Vernis - Field Trip Fun.
I also purchased couple of Dixie Plates, and this is Autumn 02.
I wanted to do oak leaves and some acorns, with the Hello Autumn words.
For stamping, I used Moyra - SP.12 yellow (also part of this order) and SP.15 (green), Esmaltes da Kelly - Leo (terracotta) and Doguito (beige), and DRK - Copper.
Enjoy the day off if you have one, if not - have a wonderful and easy Monday.
Cheers!
