I also wanted to try one of the cat eye gel polishes I purchased from Born Pretty Store. This was relatively recent purchase, and somehow, I thought it would be more green, and little bit less gold...
Regardless the difference of color, I loved it. If you wish to check this polish, this is item #25217, color 1.
You know that you can use my discount code for 10% off for all full priced item.
I applied first one coat of this polish over the base coat, cured it 60 seconds under the LED lamp and then applied magnet on the second coat that I again cured for 60 seconds.
I applied gel top coat, cured and wiped tacky layer.
I was wondering how would this look over the black base, so I played a bit before I removed it last night...
I did some St. Patrick themed nail art, so I am glad that I had little bit lighter background. I managed to cover up most of this polish, so I had to give it few minutes on its own.
On my Index and thumb I have full nail image from UR-08 stamping plate that I first stamped with Sally Hansen - Jumpin' Jade, then with Moyra 15-Light green stamping polish.
On mid and ring finger, I stamped image form Cheeky Jumbo N and Winstonia - Neon Lime Yellow. Effect was rather subtle, just the way I intended for a background.
On the ring finger I painted four leaf clover, and on the ring finger I stamped image from Moyra 09- Celebration plate. First I stamped with El Corazon - Black, then using Clear Jelly Stamper I stamped once more part of the image with Mundo de unas - White.
I topped everything with Seche.
If you have a drink, have designated driver or take taxy. Be safe, stay safe.
Happy St. Patrick's!
Cheers!
