It is easy to be excited about the Christmas - we celebrate the happy occasion, and bright lights in the dark of the Winter help to cheer us up.
In the Spring time, when nature is waking up from the big slumber, we have this very somber holiday that actually requires the faith.
In my household we have the old fashioned, traditional way of celebrating this holiday, and I think that tradition is very important in everybody's life - they are like the anchors that keep us grounded when craziness of the everyday life threaten to run us down.
I prepared few looks for this season, and this one is the kitschy one, kind of the season retailers want us to have.
I started with Different Dimension - Candy Shop.
I had loads of fun doing this manicure. Images used are on Clear Jelly Stamper - CjSH 11 stamping plate. This plate had several layers of the stamping images, and I lined them up fairly well... In the end I added few details using the fine brush and nail polish, but I am afraid that I ruined that bunny...
In any case, here we have some colorful Easter eggs, bunny, baby chick and the carrots all with a little sprinkle of some fresh green to go with the season.
I got this cute wind-up chicken few weeks ago, planning on doing much more of the Easter manicures, but you know what happens even to the best laid plans...
One thing is for sure, I am really glad I used it as a prop in at least one manicure.
Hope you will have the day filled with love and peace.
Cheers!
