This is another year where I joined a collaboration to celebrate the birthday of my chosen country.
Whole bunch of us gets together every year to do a themed manicure to celebrate the Canada Day.
It is so weird to have a holiday in the middle of the week, but in the same time it is so welcome.
For this theme I went with the colors of the Canadian flag - red and white, but I did add some black and silver. Of course, nothing would say Canada better than the maple leaf.
Red polish is Glisten & Glow - Apple Picking & Antiquing, and white base is Sally Hansen - White.
Red stamping polish used is Hit the Bottle - A Vermillion to One, and I also used Winstonia - Silver Bullet and Konad - Black. Outline around the heart is done freehand.
Images used are on Clear Jelly Stamper - CjSLC-08, plate that was gifted to me by Debbie from Clear Jelly Stamper few years back.
I love that I have both of Canada themed Clear Jelly Stamper plates (I purchased the second one), and that are from the Canadian Indie maker, and that is so appropriate.
I also had to wear the maple leaf ring, that was made from the single ear ring (other one was lost), and the pretty stone is actually Okanagan opal, mined in the area nearby...
Planning to have a wonderful, fun filled day, and same I am wishing to you too, wherever you are.
Cheers!
