Plate in question is Creative Shop 09 stamping plate.
Polishes I never used before, I had to try at some point, so why not today.
As a base on middle and ring finger, I used L'Oréal - Don't Shy Away, while rest of the nails I painted with Hit the Bottle - Cyber Grape. Don't Shy Away looked more purple in the bottle, but on the nail, looks almost navy blue. I was also surprized by opacity of it. In the bottle looked more like a jelly, but on my nails I was wearing two thin coats of it, and there was no problem with opacity.
Cyber Grape is from Hit the Bottle regular polishes line, and is gorgeous. Purple holographic glitter of different sizes is suspended in purple base. Love, love, love. I say - you can never have too many of the purple glitter polishes. This one was also two coats, applied with the brush, no sponging. It dried fast, and oh so slightly bumpy, which is nothing unusual for the polish that is this much filled with glitter. One or two coats of top coat and you are golden.
For stamping I used another Hit the Bottle polish - Let's go to the Peach - bright peachy orange stamping polish. Kind of like the message - Let's make better mistakes tomorrow (hopefully ones that will not kill us). Come on, some of the best stories came out of mistakes, or mistaken identities for that matter.
For stamping of the scull, I used Mundo de Unas - 67 Bones (see, at least something is appropriate)...
I hope that your week is going great, and thank you for stopping by.
Cheers!
