My unposted folder is getting thinner, but it is all OK... I always have something new to show, and new idea to implement.
This one was done last October, and I loved it!
All started with sheer, crelly base polish by Essie - Tuck it in my tux.
On the swatch above, I am wearing two coats, and for what I had in mind, I applied a matte top coat after I took swatch photos.
Around the time I did this manicure, one of my IG friends by accident purchased two sets 27 from UberChic, and sold them to me for a price I could not pass on.
Naturally, as soon as my plates arrived from Germany, I had to use them, and image I used for this manicure, I used UC 27-01 stamping plate.
Image was pricked up using Hit the Bottle - As Black As Night, and then I made decals. I filled image in using different duochrome polishes: Sephora by OPI - S-age is just a number, China Glaze - Cabin Fever + No Plain Jane.
After I applied the decal, I added a top coat just over the colored in part. I loved the 3-D look on them and on pinky, I added couple of rhinestones - because I could.
After I finished, I thought that this looked like some kind of cage... Even a cage made out of pure gold is still a cage!
I hope you will have a wonderful day.
Cheers!
