I decided that my new Hit the Bottle - Embrace the Darkside 01 stamping plate needed another go, so I whipped up another witching manicure.
You know how much I love the good pun, and I could not pass the one that was on this plate.
Alongside with a good advice not to drink and fly, I have some assortment of the brooms, or should I say flying devices. LOL!
When I looked at my camera roll couple of weeks ago, all I seen was nude/brown and pink. Yikes! That is totally unlike me, the color scheme change was needed... kind of like a color intervention, and guess which was the first color I reach for... PURPLE! Yes, that was more like me.
I decided to reach to my older polishes, one in particular, as I seen recently few very similar from the different makers, and that reminded me that I actually have something like that already.
Purple of the choice was Layla Pro - N.17.
I wanted the colors that will stand out on this gorgeous base without completely covering it.
Fist, I stamped using pale grey by MoYou London - Frosted Lake, and then using another PPU exclusive by Hit the Bottle - Magna Opus. This is actually multichrome stamping polish, but my lines were to thin to show off the effect.
I loved the glossy finish, but I did take a photo of the matte look, where those flakies in the polish show more depth... Matte top coat of the choice is Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward - We're All Matte Here.
I hope you have an awesome day.
Cheers!
