I decided to use few polishes for this manicure, and I had to admit, I liked the outcome, but I might be partial to that opinion. LOL!
Wonderfully sparkly glitter I used for this is Different Dimension - Love is Love, Black Friday Mystery Doorbuster 1. Love is Love is a multi colored glitter bomb, and glitters are suspended in a clear base.
I liked my original choice of mystery polish, that I was so curious to see what was behind the other doors, that I went back to the site, and managed to snag other ones. That happened few weeks after the above mentioned sale, but there was still some in stock, for the same, reduced price I paid at original sale. They are all amazing, and I will share them all with you - eventually... I applied three coats of Love is Love, one of which was sponged.
For gradient, I used my Moyra stamping plate 53 - Texture, and negative space image on the plate. My gradient colors were Hit the Bottle - High Voltage Violet, and Esmaltes da Kelly - Kiki. I am still on the fence with the stamped gradient, because it is rougher, raw version of the sponged one, and transitions are not as smooth, even though they create really unique graduation and effect.
Over this gradient, I double stamped image from the same plate using Hit the Bottle - As Black As Night, and Winstonia - Silver Bullet.
I really liked soft look and the stamping nicely tied up with the glitter.
Wishing you all a wonderful week, and I will spend one more day at home, as it is Family Day, Long weekend Monday in my province.
Cheers!
