I painted those frozen, half turned leaves, and I may of used little bit different color scheme, but I loved it, and that had to count for something.
Reminiscing about the warmer season is much better than talk bad about the one we are in...
I started with softest sheer pink by Color Club Nail Lacquer - La Vie en Rose. Such a pretty, feminine, clean shade, and I find myself lately often reaching for the semi sheer polishes and building them to the full opacity (or so), which gives the nail almost the porcelain look.
Pretty pink glitter is by Different Dimension - Mystery Prototype 168. I guess, I could build this one up too, but I liked it as a topper. This polish waited forever to be tried, and it is such a pretty shade. As you know, I am not afraid of the glitter, and will use it at any opportunity. There is always a good time to sparkle.
All was done freehand using acrylic paints, and Mermaid Tail Nail Brushes gifted to me by Victoria from NailStuff.ca. Even though I am about realistically portraying the colors in nature, I loved this so much, I hated the idea of removing it. I guess coloring outside of my color zone becoming my new comfort zone. I never thought that will happen.
I hope you are safe and warm, and ready for the weekend - I know I am ready for sure!
Cheers!
