You are welcome! I had a silly song stuck in my head while doing my nails. Now it can be stuck in your head. :D
Football Nation is Beautometry's prompt for week 4 of nail challenge. Well, that seem to be a challenge, as your truly has no clue about football. In Europe, we call football what North America calls soccer... American football is something I know nothing about. I have some really faint ideas about game, but I never watched it, or showed any interest in it. Not one person in my house is interested in watching the sports on TV. Only time we watch some sport is only when Olympic Games are on, and even then just some of the events... Yeah, we are hard core.
So, here is my take on the subject - and not really original one.
Gorgeous green textured glitter is Esmaltes da Kelly - Robin. I applied two coats with the brush. Coverage is awesome and sparkle is to die for. In my mind, I imagined it as a grass field. I even painted some markings on the grass, that I believe this game has on.
On my ring finger, I used Sally Hansen - Lickety-Split Lime. I needed a crème polish that would be mine stamping base. I am pretty sure that football players wear headgear of some kind, and even though one I found image for may not be the one used, I figured it is good enough for me. It gives you a basic idea. For stamping, I used one of the new stamping polishes from Esmaltes da Kelly - Luke Skywalker from just released Star Wars collection. Stamps great, and I have one more stamping polish from the same collection... Image itself is from Bundle Monster BM-422 stamping plate.
I could not find a football image, so I freehand it on using nail polish.
I hope that this brings association to football.
I wish you all an amazing day.
Cheers!
