Today is reveal day for the Picture Polish Flower Challenge.
I did won the challenge at the beginning of the October, and I can't win again, but I still like to participate. It is always so much fun to see how other nail artists see the same challenge.
This one requested for the swatch to be photographed with the flower, and this was right up to my alley. I love using a flowers as a prop, so when I seen this challenge, there was no way to skip it.
What is even more interesting, just few days before this, I did a wonderful manicure using Picture Polish where I used another flower as a prop, but I could not use it as I already added something on the top...
In any case, it just happen that I had some lilies in my vase, so I picked one of the Picture Polishes to match, and my choice was Spell.
On the swatch above, I am wearing 2 coats and top coat.
Spell is great glossy, but I absolutely adore it matte.
I did super simple add on, adding just a silver stamping polish (Winstonia - Silver Bullet).
Images I used are on ZJoy-plus008 stamping plate.
All was topped with matte top coat, and I was as happy as you can be with this look. I even used the same lily in the last photo.
It is really strange to pose with lily in the middle of the snow storm, but it just shows how small our world become, when we can have all fruits, vegetables, even flowers all year long, not just when they are in season.
In a way, it was nice to be reminded of the warm summery day, even if it is just by looking at the pretty flowers.
I hope you are all well and healthy. Enjoy your day.
Cheers!
