Frost appears on the windshields now on the regular basis, and mornings are so cold, but by noon hour fog burns down, and temperatures are still warm enough to be in a sweatshirt outside. That said, as soon as Sun goes down, chill sets in really quickly.
Have to admit that I was pretty lazy last few weeks, and don't have anything fresh for today, just something I did while ago, and never got to post. I thought this is such a pretty autumnal color scheme, and decided to share it now.
As a base I used absolutely gorgeous magnetic polish by Starrily - Venus.
This is such a gorgeous collection, and I am so glad that I managed to get me few shades, wish I had money to get them all.
Venus applied so nicely, and it took only 2 coats for the full opacity, and no black under layer. Some magnetic polishes perform better, or give you better contrast if you apply them over the black base, but I prefer them on their own.
Image I used for this manicure is on Creative Shop 24s stamping plate. Last Spring I purchased whole bunch of stamping plates from Creative Shop website, and was really pleased to see that there were "s" plates, with smaller images for the shorter/smaller nails. I love that image does not get lost on the nails. That said, those images are taken or compiled from different plates, and I did not want to purchase the plates with loads of images I already had on full size plates.
This was double stamped, first with Hit the Bottle - I lilac it like that and B. Loves Plates - B. a Snowman.
I really loved this color combo. I will have to remember to use it again.
Have an amazing day.
Cheers!
