I used yellow, pink, light blue and purple, and color combo was on a point. Choosing the colors is also one of things I have a problem with when I want to watermarble. It appears that all colors I pick are too close or do not really define, but this time, I was really happy with it.
I also learned that if I have an urge to do something, I should, as it happens, stars do align, and whatever project I have in mind, usually goes without the hitch. Go figure.
This was the end result.
Going with a feathered design seemed like a natural course of the things...
My colors for marbling were on the point, but I was slightly disappointed with my first choices for the stamping. I stamped first with the white, and white just about made everything disappear. Then I added a black, but still hated it... Gold was the last layer, and I decided it was enough of stamping, and that I should quit while I was ahead. I did not hate this, but most of the marbling on middle two fingers was gone...
Images I used are on Uber Chic - UC 4-02 stamping plate (on thumb, middle and ring finger) and Dixie Plates - DP 11 stamping plate. I wish that I went with that second image all over, as that image was working really good with watermarble underneath, but it is what it is. You learn as you go. Eventually this grew on me, and that is why I am showing you.
Another super hot weekend, and we should enjoy it as long as we can, as soon enough we will complain about cold. If my grandmother is right, we are in for a long, cold winter...
Have yourself an amazing day.
Cheers!
