Autumn is here is full force, but that does not mean we should stay away from the warm colors of the Summer that seems like a distant memory. Even the trees decided to change color of their cool, green leaves and dress themselves in rich, warm yellows, oranges and reds. Rich yellow, orange and red is such a joy to see, that it makes you wander why is mother nature holding back all year long...
I am celebrating those colors in my gradient. I used only yellow and orange colors, but that was enough for me.
Gradient is done using following polishes: Essie - Chillato (palest yellowish green); L'Oréal - Lemon Jolt (yellow); Essie - Roarrrrange (orange).
I paired this bright palette with pink glitter by Sally Hansen - Strawberry Shields.
Images used are on Uber Chic - 14-03 stamping plate, stamped with Esmaltes da Kelly - Kiki and Born Pretty - Metallic green.
On the first photo I have the finished manicure with glossy top coat, and other two are with matte top coat.
My preference is glossy 90% of the time, and today is not exception, but my glossy photos did not turn out the way I wanted... it happens from time to time.
Outside may be a Fall, and temperatures surely show that, but it seems that in my heart is perpetual Spring. Floral manicures work for me any time of the year.
I really loved this color scheme, and I could not resist matching floral prop from my garden. Mini carnations are still blooming in full force, despite the morning frost.
Have yourself a wonderful day.
Cheers!
