I started with one of the untried polishes from Lyn B Designs - Gaiety.
It is really one of the 'grown up' shades as I call them - elegant and pretty neutral, but with some extra from that microglitter (look at the blurred pinky) and that delicious shimmer that will give them that unexpected glam and depth.
You know that I love contrasting shimmer, so this is totally my taste here.
For images in this manicure, I used another untried stamping plate, one that came out with gnome and mermaid one - fairies from Sugar Bubbles - SB 060.
I made decals and might of change them several times, but finally settled down on one that I picked up with Born Pretty - Gold stamping polish and Winstonia - Silver Bullet. I filled in the decals using different polishes which names I did not put down in my little book...
I imagined this as a little fairy checking out on the precious jewels garden. Fairies are magical creatures, and can grow anything, why not a crystals and jewels... That said, I will have to let you in on the big secret.... Jewel dust is one of the ingredients of the fairy dust, one that will help you fly. Why did you think it sparkles!
Because long time has to pass for the crystals to grow, fairy dust is very precious, so are the stones that we humans digging out of the earth. That is why they are called precious stones... well that may be one of the theories - at least is the one that I conjured just for today, but if you can do better, please enlighten me.
Cheers!
