I always loved delicate print, and this particular would look nice as a fabric, even a wallpaper.
In any case, this color scheme is so feminine, so elegant and totally not me!
Super pretty pink/nude is Sally Hansen - Pink a card. I have it for a while, and even though I am not into pastels, this one called my name, and I had to purchase it right away. I knew that I will not wear it often, but felt good to know that it is there when I fell like it. It has nice coverage, and here I am wearing 2 coats.
Tone on tone was just a right thing to do here, and for stamping I used MoYou London - Pink Clay stamping polish. I purchased this thinking I will use this color often, but in the end it ended up used just few times so far... Too bad, as it has really good opacity.
Image itself is on Lina - Make Your Mark 03 stamping plate. Love Lina plates, and can't wait for another big sale - that said, heavens knows I really don't need another plate, as I will never use all that I already have.
This was pretty, but little bit boring... I reached for La Femme - Bordo, and using my dotting tool, I added a dot in the center of each flower. Years ago DRK Nails had a USA site, and in addition to their own plates and stamping polishes, they also carried some other Brazilian Indie makers. That was my source for some pretty exotic polishes I own, both stamping and regular one.
This was all out of character for me, but in the end I surprised myself how much I liked this. It is a good thing to step out of your comfort zone from time to time.
It appears that I am not inspired to write you a long stories today... better quit while I am ahead. LOL!
For all of you out there - stay safe, stay home and take care of yourself. As Christmas approaching with alarming speed, there will be more pressure on all of us to conform to the rules we might not like, but can save lives. As with many years before, I did my Christmas shopping last weekend, and got that out of way. My loot may be less than previous years, but it is what it is. I am OK with this. My train of thought this year was - what if there is another lock down like one we all had this Spring? Mail services can only deliver so much on a daily base, and I like to be ready. Now I am really done!
Cheers!
