Even though many of us would wear turquoise during the Summer, I think that is one of the colors that looks amazing all year long.
As a base I used polish by Pacifica - Paradise City. This is really pretty turquoise creme that applies like a butter. Floral design always had my heart, and I went with one here.
This was actually attempt of doing something seen as a reel of about 45 long. I did not save it (my bad), but it was in the back of my head that I want to try it...
In a nutshell, you make a petals by applying the tiny dot of nail polish (using dotting tool) in a drop of water... Well it took me few tries until I figured it all out. Let it sit for a few seconds then pick up the petal with stamper and apply to your nail. It looked so much easier in that video. I used white nail polish for that, and my petals ended up being too solid, not like in a video almost see through. Not sure if it is my polish, or whatever I was doing wrong. Couple of petals ended up looking a half good - they were see through, but so irregular...
In any case, I tried, I failed, case closed. I kind of gave up half way through, and just count my losses and call it a day. Using a dotting tool, I added some more "flowers" and was done.
It grew on me, and I ended up wearing this for a few days.
Let's call it an abstract floral.
Hope my specialist follow-up goes well today. It was snowing a lot, and I also hope that roads are clean.
Have yourself an awesome day.
Cheers!
