My garden also got a little face lift over the weekend - My son and I were taming some weeds, trimming the roses, and some bushes, so it was a busy weekend for yours truly, especially because everything takes little bit extra time with me these days. In any case, I was a happy camper looking outside, and seeing it all coming together, slowly but surely. There is still work to be done, but small steps, and I am happy with them.
I started here with oldie but goodie, beautiful multi chrome holographic polish by Parrot Polish - Lady Elizabeth Killigrew. I can't remember when I wore it last time, few years at least.
I revisited my little Clear Jelly Stamper plate - CjS-05, one of the first layering stamping plates I purchased way back six or seven years ago.
My collection is extensive now, with the help of some really good sales I could not pass... What to tell you, I am a sucker for the good deals.
I stamped flowers using a regular white polish, then over I stamped with stamping white polish, as I wanted to achieve more depth, but I am not sure if I managed to succeed in that. Nevertheless, this looked so pretty, I had a hard time taking it off. Pink stamping polish is also by Clear Jelly Stamper - 019 Miss Maggie Mae.
Main reason for using the darker background for this manicure is that little flowers pop out... yet, they looked so delicate.
I hope that all of you got some rest this weekend, and if possible, that you managed to enjoy some time doing what you like (not just what you have to), and that you spent some time with people that matter to you.
I am energized, but not sure how far into the week this will carry me.
Have an amazing day, and even better week.
Cheers!
