After a yesterday's colorful, bright jungle look, we have something little bit calmer (in color tones) and bit deeper, again in color and theme...
I decided to go with really simple color scheme, and glad I did.
As a base, I went with Delush Polish - Trekkie with the good hair, and I thought this would be perfect for the ocean theme. Purple jelly base is full of light blue glitters in different size. What is there not to love? I have this polish for several years, and still love it as much as I loved it when I purchased it. Purple and glitter - that is totally me!
Images I decided to go with are on Ejiubas - EJB-X05 + EJB-X04 stamping plates. Ejiubas plates are double sided. While I appreciate space saving and using the material to the best, I have a hard time with storage. I do like my plates to be stored in plate holders, and that means that one of the sides would be visible. I had to place it in the holder that was see through, so I would be able to see what it is etched on the other side.
After a long time, I ordered something from the Polish Pick Up, and stamping polish I used here is one of the polishes that were offered in July. July is usually rewind month, and makers would bring back something they offered in the past. This was from Hit the Bottle - Gaze of Gorgons, beautiful, dusky turquoise, or at least this is the way I see it and describe it. Such unusual color had to be in my collection, and I could not wait long to use it. Figured it would do well here. I also added some silver for little bit of the contrast.
I was really happy with the way this looked. I was also glad that I remembered to wear this cute octopus ring.
Get some rest, and have a wonderful remaining of the weekend.
Cheers!
