This is the gel that you use for the transfer of foils.
In my very limited experience, and after trying different things, I finally figured what works from me. While ago, I watched the tutorial by Born Pretty Store about gel transfer gels, and there was an advice to slightly under cure the transfer gel for the best results. I usually cure every layer for 60 seconds, but transfer gel I cure around 50 seconds. Ever since I tried that, I have no issues with transfer of the foil.
This also makes for the good time to finally review the Gold Foil that was the prize for day 14.
Considering that it is Christmas Eve, I wanted to do something with a meaning, I wanted to remind us all about the reason for the season.
I picked purple - for the royalty, because Christ is born!
For this skittle, I used different Madam Glam gels - those still available have the link to them. Gel colors used from thumb to ring finger: Kind of Wonderful; Meet me Halfway; Office Gossip and Heartbreaker.
On my pinky I did a full nail application of this super sparkly gold foil.
I sealed the foil with No Wipe Top Coat right away, to prevent it to go all dull.
Needless to say, this color scheme was totally my jam, and skittle is not something that I do very often so that was also refreshing.
I also used Foil Gel and small nail art brush to draw the Star of Bethlehem, and the comet tail with some dots that represent the stars on the dark, night sky.
Other images used are on Clear Jelly Stamper - CjS C-20. I also used my recently purchased black stamping polish from Clear Jelly Stamper - 001. I had to include the macro of the thumb, with three wise mans following the Star of Bethlehem and bearing the gifts for the newborn Jesus.
I thought that I created the peaceful look, and that you will feel all the blessings to come...
Cheers!
