Today, I will show you the polish I purchased almost a year ago from NailStuff.ca, and took me forever to finally wear. Not because I was not liking it, but because my untired "collection" was so overwhelmingly big.
I still have considerable amount to try, and I did not shop for the nail polish since December! Actually, I did broke down in April and purchased 2 polishes, but in a nut shell, I am trying to curb down my spending habits, as I can barely afford myself. I decided to shop my stash first, and to use what I already have. It is a rare polish that gets to be used more than once every couple of years! Have to admit, it was extremely hard to pass on the good deals, and new releases, but as times passes, it is easier and easier to say: I am fine, not needing another one of those. It is actually quite liberating.
I wish I can say that I saved whole bunch of money, but I did had some big expenses lately, then Income tax (apparently government thinks I swim in money), house insurance that due next week, and property taxes in a month or so...
I am expecting few more lean months as I already looking into organizing some of my house, which will need some new pieces of furniture... Joys of single income family.
Anyhow, back to my pretty polish. I am wearing Starrily -Raven.
Raven is out of stock at the moment, but you can either click on "notify me" button, or check what else is hiding there. I do have one time discount code: SANJA10 will save you 10% on anything in the store, even the sale items.
On the swatch above, I am wearing 2 coats and no top coat. I also did not use the black undies.
I mentioned once or twice this month that I did not realized how many space themed stamping plates I actually have, and this particular one was still wearing the protective blue film, even though it was years since I purchased it.
Images used are on Nicole Diary-067 small round plate with 4 images only, and I used all four of them here.
For stamping, I used Winstonia - Silver Bullet - mine go-to silver stamping polish. I will be really sorry when I run out of it.
With all the colorful manicures I did in my "space" series this month, I decided to keep very simple with this one.
First photo was taken outside, using natural lighting conditions, while rest of the photos were taken indoors, where I use artificial lighting conditions.
I loved this polish so much, and I did not want to take away from it or cover it.
All that is left for me to do is to bid you goodbye till tomorrow.
Cheers!
