I really love crelly polishes, and many new indie collections would contain at least one of them. My collection is not that big, but somehow, I always forget that I actually have them. When I remember to use them I am totally in love.
Recently I was looking at the swatches of fall collection, and when I came upon one of the crelly polishes I really liked, it was - Wait a minute! I do have something like that!
One that I have is by Eighty4 - Ooopsie 22. Off white base is filled with different shape and size of glitters, in a such a pretty color combo. I love this polish so much, and you can go pretty much crazy in color combos here. Only two easy coats to full opacity and even glitter distribution. Unfortunately, this brand is not available any more, as owner shifted the business from nail polish to different stationary merchandise.
I paired this polish with one of Quo by Orly mini polish without name. It really bugs me that many gift packs would contain mini polishes, and makers would not put a name on them. What if I really liked specific color, and wanted to purchase full size? Not everyone has a thousand polishes on hand that will never use up for the rest of their natural life... Normal people would have maybe a dozen or so of polishes at any given time, some even less, and would purchase certain colors over and over again. Why would you go to the trouble of making the polish and then not put the name of the polish on the bottle or the packaging??? This particular mini is coppery, foil finish metallic polish, and I needed three coats for the full opacity.
Images I used are on Whats Up Nails - A011 stamping plate.
I really liked the finished result - really Autumn-like manicure.
Just wanted to wish each one of you a wonderful week and easy going Monday.
Cheers!
