Fluid art is always giving such unique and unpredictable results, it is hard not to play with this technique.
Here, I used: Sally Hansen - Crushed (shimmery orange), Finger Paints - Silkscreen Green, and Joe Fresh - Sour Citron (yellow). To create the cells, I used MDJ Creations - White Fluid Art.
Little did I knew when I started this manicure, that my fluid art will be haunted!
Just tell me that I am not the only one that see screaming faces, demons and dragons... Thing is I do have over reactive imagination, but all I could see was figures all over my decals.
I stamped first with white, then with navy blue metallic stamping polish. Actually, you can see little bit of purple peaking on my index finger. I wanted it purple, but that did not give me enough of the contrast, so I changed my mind, and went with the navy blue.
Image I used is on Uber Chic - UC 29-01 stamping plate. I loved that image was big enough that I could stamp each nail little bit different. In the end, those flowers ended up looking like a watercolor. Love the results here.
I thought this is perfect transitional manicure for this time of the year. Colors of the flowers are in perfect harmony with the season, but addition of the dark color makes it OK for the cold, dark, winter season that already started in some parts of the world. There is still that first snow on the ground, and even though we may see some warming up trend in the next couple of days, it is still below 0* C. Mind, it is still balmy comparing to what we had last year at this time.
I hope everyone has amazing day. Stay safe and stay warm.
Cheers!
