During the other Winters I seen here, there is something that I will always connect with the Winter time in Canada. Those are Winters without COVID and without social distancing... As soon as the lakes around would freeze and thickness of the ice would be sufficient, locals would clear the snow off of the surface, and there would be little neighborhood teams playing the hockey on the frozen surface. How truly Canadian.
In a way, it reminded me of the different aspects of my own childhood, when we did not need expensive gyms and equipment, just a group of eager kids that would make the best of what they had at the moment. Thing is, we had so much fun then!
This is what I was going here with.
My inspiration was also the name of the soak off gel polish from the "It's A Long Story" collection by Madam Glam - Canadian Winter.
It was on the sheer side, but it was possible to build it to a full opacity - just the way I love it.
On the swatch above I am wearing 4 thin color coats over the soak off Gel Base Coat, and topped with No Wipe Top Coat.
My discount code is SANJA30 and will save you 30% off of the any fully priced item in the store.
Images I added over this base are on Canadian made Clear Jelly Stamper - CjS LC-08 and CjS LC-09 stamping plates. I wanted to do manicure like this for a while, and I am so glad that I finally done this.
I used several stamping polishes and I did not wrote all of them down.
Now you have a little glimpse of the Winters I seen in this beautiful country.
Cheers!
