Decided to go freehand route this time, just because.
Base is Kleancolor - Jazz Olive pretty light olive metallic green polish. Even though this was opaque in one coat, I did one more from the habit. Some metallic polishes can have a streaky application, but this one applied smooth.
I purchased those Kleancolor metallic polishes while ago as they also double as stamping ones, but almost never used them. This was my chance to use some of them.
I painted cactus body using another Kleancolor polish - Leaves Jungle. This is pretty emerald jelly with emerald green glitters, so it can be used as a topper over the light colors, but also couple of layers are pretty much enough for opaque look.
Rest was done using acrylic paints and Winstonia - Berry Wine brush set.
I was actually surprized how much I liked this manicure. Cacti are not the thing I would paint often on my nails, and I noticed that there is a trend going on that would include print like, tiny cactuses painted on nails...
That may be way too much for my patience at this moment, and big, bold ones were more manageable for my own state of mind.
This was also a wonderful opportunity to sport matching cactus ring. ;-)
I wish you all a wonderful day.
Cheers.
