Of course, we are talking about me here, so nothing without the glitter!
I started by painting all the nails with Maybelline - Porcelain Party, off-white creme. This was the perfect base to showcase some bolder colors.
On index and middle finger, I used bold colors and even bolder brush strokes using Sally Hansen - Denim (blue), Prairie Crocus Polish - Unicorn (fuchsia) and Wet 'n' Wild - Black Creme.
On the rest of the nails, I applied Sally Hansen - Ruffle, black mixed sized glitter topper. I have this topper for years, but recently I re-discovered it (totally forgot I even have it), and now I have to get it out of my system.
This was pretty, but you know me - had to add something else. I went through my drawers, as I knew that I have some colorful toppers. First one I came across is by Claire's - On Wednesdays. This glitter topper features mixed size pink glitters, some rare blue and some iridescent glitter shards that just tied the theme here.
Trouble with toppers is that I forget to use them. These days polishes have so many gorgeous finishes that toppers are really not necessary. Every now and then I came across the topper in my collection that I forgot I even own! That is totally collector problem... LOL! :D
I hope your day went well, and all I hope for is that forecast is wrong. It calls for tons of snow in next 24 hours, and I hope it will all stay in the mountains. Ski resort always needs a snow... not so much here in the city..
Have yourself a great day. Stay warm and be safe.
Cheers!
