As a base I used here Nails Inc. - Chelsea Physic Garden. Pretty sky blue creme that did not see the light of the day in a long, long time. I pulled it out few months ago and had to use it in one of the manicures. Unfortunately for me, It appears that I was lacking inspiration.
Truth was, I was into tone on tone looks, and that was exactly what I did here.
Images used are on Uber Chic - UC 5-03 stamping plate.
First, I stamped with Beauty Big Bang - 018 stamping polish - teal creme, then double stamped using B. Loves Plates - B. a Holy Night, pretty metallic blue.
As this was not enough, I added few blue colored rhinestones to finish the look. I am not sure if rhinestone addition was the thing that pushed it over the edge, but in retrospect, I wish I skipped rhinestones all together. It is always easy to be a strategist after the battle...
Ah well, you win some, you lose some, and let's just say this one was a draw! LOL!
We are marching towards Black Friday weekend, and I am just a little bit ashamed to admit that I spent way too much money on early sale events... Bad girl!
I was not purchasing polishes in a several months, and I gave myself a permission to shop this sale. I took that permission seriously, and totally indulgingly purchasing all in sight.
We shall see how deep hole I can dig myself into before all the sales are over. LOL!
I will leave you with this clearly wintery piece and wish you all an amazing day.
Cheers!
