This was the case with this gorgeous sapphire blue polish from Different Dimension - Living the Dream.
As for application, it is always smooth and pleasure to work with. Two easy coats for the full opacity, and I am not wearing the top coat on the swatch above.
While I was trying to decide what would be the best add on to this gorgeousness, my mind kept on going back to the crushed sapphire thread...
I kept flipping through my stamping plates, and just at that moment I came across the Creative Shop 39 stamping plate, and one image in particular caught my eye, and I knew exactly what I need here. I just needed to add some more precious stones!
For stamping, I decided on DRK Nails - Silver Holo, hands down the best silver holographic stamping polish I ever tried. Adding more sparkle to already sparkly polish is not something I am stranger to do, so I was beyond pleased with the results.
Naturally, I had to add some glossy top coat, as I need all the shine and sparkle I can get my hands on.
For the photo op, I went with my man made sapphire and zircon silver ring that was replica of Lady Diana's engagement ring. Only that this particular one was made for the the working man's budget. My late husband purchased it for me, as he was harboring some kind of obsession with the Lady Di. Whatever!
Thing is I barely get to wear it these days, and this was as good opportunity as they get to take it out of my jewelry box and showcase here. I thought that color match was perfect. What do you think?
I will wish all of you an amazing day.
Cheers!
