Another bright manicure to show you how important even the smallest of the creatures are in a big picture.
Even though I am terrified of anything with yellow and black stripes due to the intense allergic reactions to them, bees are so important in our life. Bee population is smaller each year - some for the predators, and some due to insecticides, pollution, global warming, disease... just take your pick.
Imagine the world without bees - no bees = no fruits and vegetables... which in turn will mean no food... and we all know where that would lead.
So here is to the hard working little insect we all have the benefit from. If for nothing else, then to sweeten our life with a spoonful of honey!
My pretty base is My Indie Polish - Sunspot.
On the swatch above, I am wearing 3 coats and no top coat.
With untried polish out of my way, I started flipping though my stamping plates, and I noticed that I always reach for the same brands, or for the newest of the plates in my collection. Trust me, I have so much more, and some days I am just too lazy to go through all of them... so my older plates did not get much love lately.
Today, I decided to give some love to some of my older plates, and use the images that are forgotten by me...
Flowers in one of the bees are on Mezerdoo C18 stamping plate. I discovered this brand on AliExpress, and I purchased several sets of stamping plates from them. Images are pretty cool, and well etched. Really good quality plates, with backing which makes them so much safer to use - no cuts on the edges of the plate.
Other bee image is on BC20 stamping plate that I totally forgot about.
For stamping, I used Hit the Bottle - Snowed In, Konad - Black and Maniology - Monarch Dream.
I used Celestial Cosmetics - Snow Unicorn to fill in the wings.
I sure hope that you will have a fantastic day, and recharge your inner battery.
Cheers!
