I like frogs, and I will turn all geek on you and tell you that they are mother nature indicator of how clean water is. If you get annoyed by insistent night love call of the frog, enjoy it. I would be worried when that song vanish. Thing is, they can't develop in polluted water, and if they do not develop, there is not the night song... I listened that song for the long period in my life, as we lived not so far from the pond left behind when they pulled out the clay for the brick production...
Considering the fact that I left myself a little time to do this, and that I really did not have the faith in my freehand abilities, I went all cartoonish on you.
This was loosely inspired by the illustration that came with my weather phone app.
Thing is, I can't travel, my little froggy friend can, and here he is sunbathing on the nice private beach. Mind the awkward angle, but he was taking the selfie, and wanted to show us as much of the nice surrounding as possible... we all know how those can turn out. In his defense, just look at that big grin on his face! I can't wait to join him on that lovely beach, wherever he is.
Frog is done using acrylic paints, and intense blue on my other nails is Heroine NYC - Royal Blood. This is another one of my polishes I did not wear in ages.
I really loved the glossy version, as the light reflecting looks like a reflection of the sun over the water surface.
Last photo is the matte version of this fun manicure.
Have yourself a wonderful day.
Cheers!
