Now, how remembers the school days, and math class... Those days are long gone for me, but honestly, I was one of those weirdos that loved science, loved (and excelled in) math, biology and chemistry, and even finished the Teachers College and in Europe I am Biology & Chemistry teacher. Go figure. My credentials were not recognized in Canada, but that does not mean that I stopped loving the science.
Geometry was my favorite - there is something calming in orderly lines, and in rules that are always the same and make so much sense...
I did not do this manicure to glorify the geometry, but as a final entry in Cirque Colors 9th anniversary.
I used few polishes here, so let me start.
My base is Cirque Colors - Rose Canyon.
Geometric design is on MoYou London - #summervibes - 02 stamping plate, and after I picked up the image with Maniology - Straight-Up Black, I colored it in using following Cirque Colors polishes:
Cabana Capri (holographic blue), Madder (gorgeous holographic red) and Hatch (white with black specks). This looked pretty, but was looking too dark not just for the occasion, but for the summer time manicure. It is one thing to wear nude base, but it is something completely different when the nude base take over and make it drab... As you can tell, I did not let this to let me down.
This was great excuse to paint thumb and index with Madder, and pinky with Cabana Capri.
Of course, this helped immensely with brightening of the whole look. It also felt really good, as I initially wanted to use Madder as a base to begin with. I just have a thing for the red holo.
This is the final look that I created with limited colors I have in my stock, and maybe because I was not really inspired... Yes, that happens to me too - I do not dwell on it, I just plow through it until mojo returns...
Now, have an amazing day.
Cheers!
