As a base, I used a polish that was waiting just over the year to be tried. I purchased this polish during the Black Friday 2019! This is Fancy Gloss - Mystery Polish 2019.
All I remember that I was pretty pleased with each and every polish I purchased that day.
Well, I thought that was it. I took my swatches, and started looking at my plates, and before I know, I discovered that this polish is hiding something - this is actually thermal polish, and above photo is showing it in a cold state. My hands were cold when I started with the manicure, and in my cold polish room, I did not know what I got.
Then my hands started to warm up, and next thing I know, this polish showed me its other side. When warm, it changes to light green, and on my photos it looks like I actually did a gradient!
I really loved the look of the cold stage, but loving the warm even more. It was a truly a pleasant surprise to see that the thermal pigment is still working even after the year, even though most of the makers will guarantee you the color change for about 6 months. Yay for the small victories!
Images I picked to use are layering images from Clear Jelly Stamper - CjS C-11 stamping plate.
Stamped with Clear Jelly Stamper - 007 (pale blue); Hit the Bottle - I lilac it like that (light purple) ; Maniology - Bam! White and China Glaze - First Mate (navy blue).
I really loved this manicure, and colors just spoke to me. I know that this is almost tone on tone, but proved to be enough of the contrast to look good on cold and on warm transition of this beautiful polish.
All of you stay warm, stay safe and as much as you can, stay home.
Cheers!
