Despite the cold weather, Autumn is officially here, and I will show you another autumnal look I prepared with some new products I received from Born Pretty Store. This is my way of ignoring the winter wonderland outside, and pretend that we still have a sweater weather.
Today I will show you a Born Pretty Watercolor Nail Polish in Magenta item #50547-4.
I was really curious about this product, and was really excited to try it.
On the website photos look like alcohol ink type of product, and even though it is thin like the alcohol ink, it behaves like a nail polish. It also does not react to alcohol but to nail polish remover. This product surely requires a learning curve, and luckily I got 2 different colors, so I could experiment little bit more.
To be honest, I do not know what I was expecting when I started this review. I thought this will spread, but it did not, which is really good if you want to use it for the painting - last thing you want is something that will bleed all over, and all the work you did would be gone as soon as it dries.
As this was my test run, I started by painting every second nail with the white nail polish, and rest of them with older Born Pretty holographic polish that is sadly not available any more.
Over the white polish I added a matte top coat, and did a abstract kind of manicure.
Love this color, it is so pretty.
Images I decided to stamp over are on Nicole Diary-108 plate, item #46776.
For stamping, I used black, white and gold stamping polishes.
I absolutely loved the way this came together, even though I had little idea what to do or what to expect when I started this manicure.
For all of this products you are more than welcome to use my discount code SHGK31 and that will save you 10% off of your purchase.
Have yourself a wonderful weekend.
Cheers!
