Once again I have a pleasure of swatching the Lucky 13 Lacquer contribution of nail polish/top coat duo for April PPU. I included the links for the both sites.
First in line is Set Phasers to Stunning, described as squishy sapphire jelly with aqua/sapphire/amethyst UCC flakes and sliver holo micro shreds.
Elemental Ward Top Coat is named Space Jam, and is inspired by Blueberry macaroons with sweet berry filling. Enjoy anywhere in Universe!
Polish is truly stunning. It is galaxy in the bottle. I would describe the color as a indigo blue. This Deep dark indigo with slight purple shift would transform into a more open, intense blue on the point where the light hits the polish. All that, and those holographic microglitters and shreds, are looking like a colorful star dust.
Top coat smells divine. I wanted to lick my fingers. I would say that berry part was dominant, and not too sweet. Love this top coat.
The same day I received my swatcher parcel, my son received his Loot Anime Crate. He is addicted to them, and it is always like a Christmas around my home... Anyhow, his box had this out of the space theme, and I confiscated that box as soon as I seen it. It tied so well with this galactic theme, and even though color was off ( I did not have inspiration photos at the time), I made a good use of it.
Now, let's move to the swatches. I get picture crazy, so I figured, little bit of the slide show makes all of this so much nicer... I take plenty of photos because I want to show you good pics, but in the same time makes my editing much harder, as I have to narrow down to reasonable amount of photos for the blog...
On the swatches below, I am wearing two coats of Set Phasers to Stunning.
First thing I did is freehand done with white acrylic, and I totally used that Loot Anima Crate as an inspiration.
This is what I did here.
Decided to give it another try. I was actually thinking about doing a space ship, but then I came across this Cici&Sisi plate I did not use yet, and decided to give it a try.
For stamping, I first used Winstonia - Silver Bullet, then on my ring finger, I wanted to add some color to the cute planetary image, so I did random drops of following Hit the Bottle stamping polishes: Snowed in (white), Smurf Blood (blue) and Orange you Excited (orange), then I swiped couple of times to blend the colors and then double stamped... my depth perception was little bit off, but I think it doesn't look that bad.
You know that you can use my special code Sanja to save 10% off of your purchase.
Wishing you all a wonderful day.
Cheers!
