I even used the same stamping plate from Ali Express, XY-K18, but results are totally different.
I guess, my first success was just one hit wonder, sizzle in the pan if you may...
I started with polish that I have for the long time, and might be discontinued, NYX - Lime.
I also wanted to be more dimensional, so I picked the polish that was color wise closest to the Lime. I found it in Esmaltes da Kelly - Tigar. I was smart enough to take the photo of this stage.
I did let you on the secret that usually I am not really sure what to do with paisley, and that was evident here. I used DRK Nails - Extra Black to pick up the images, then I partially colored them in. I was going for the intense contrast, and I have to tell you, I was not really keen on the result.
All of those images are quite spaced on the plate, I guess so you can isolate the image you like, that I kind of just started to layer them really close...
As all of this was not enough, I had to add some additional bling in the form of the loose, emerald green glitters...
Well, I was not really happy with the result, but I was afraid if I start all over, I could only make it worse.
Why on Earth I am showing you this? Because you can not win them all... Because some days even the best plans fail... Because I might learn something from this.
Well, those are the only pearls of wisdom left in me at this point...
Wishing you all great day.
Cheers!
