I love the images that are not really common, and when I came across this plate, I knew I have to have it.
I purchased it from Born Pretty Store, and this is Born Pretty - Artist - L019 stamping plate. I love that all images on the plate look like they are made with fingerprints.
As a base, I used Color Club Nail Lacquer - Lady Holiday. Have to admit, even though formula is great as usual, I am not really fan of green leaning grey, so I may not reach for this one in a while.
Because I already painted my nails, I decided to spice this grey with some colorful stamping,
First, I stamped all images using B. Loves Plates - B. a Black Hole, as I wanted to add more dimension to the pretty hollow images.
Then, I used different colored stamping polishes to add colored layers:
Clear Jelly Stamper - 101 Gummy Bear Blue; Dance Legend - Mint; Esmaltes da Kelly - Kaa, Bruce and Ulli.
On my pinky, I did a drybrush using all the stamping polishes except for the black.
I loved the way this looked in person, as photos took away some of the brightness seen in person.
Loving all the images, but I think that parrot came out the best!
Yesterday I did some gardening, and I managed to tame one of the parts of my garden, all cleand weeded and dead headed, so let see how soon we will see some more blooms.
Have yourself an amazing weekend.
Cheers!
