It is a Tuesday after all, and here is an abstract version of the ocean theme, and this one is - Drumroll please - all done freehand!
I know, right! I was so absorbed in procuring all the stamping plates, I forgot that abstract is abstract for a reason, and that I easily can do it with my brushes...
I enjoyed doing this one, as it was so therapeutic.
Loving the colors, and shapes, and you can even tell that I was going for the sea horse (middle finger) and starfishes (index and ring finger)... I even added few corals...
All in all, I was pretty pleased how this came out. Totally not minimal as I was really trying to be on the minimal kind of track, but totally me - colorful and funky.
Minimal is truly hard for me, as I do not know when to stop. Here, I just was playing with the colors and shapes.
I started with white polish by Sally Hansen - White On, and that is the only polish I used. Rest was done with acrylic colors and Mermaid Tail brush from NailSutff.ca. For those of you new to my blog, I do have one time discount code, and you can save 10% by using my code SANJA10, on your first order.
All was topped with Matte top coat, even though I was totally tempted to use the glossy one.
I love the richness of the colors and sharpness that glossy top coat provide, but in the same time, I was loving the softness of the Matte top coat here.
Despite the late season, Summer is still going strong here, and temperatures are still above 30*C, and my air conditioning unit is on non-stop.
I may be ready for the little bit cooler weather, but I am not quite ready for the cold...
Have yourself an amazing day.
Cheers!
