This can be awesome traveling tool, as it does not take too much space.
Personally, I have enough of dotting tools, we all know what they do, but what I was looking forward was this drawing attachment. Many moons ago, I used it in grade school for drawing with the ink. If you look at the tip itself, it has a little hole with the slit that goes to the tip. That is actually for the ink. Ink will slide down through the centre of the tip, making it easy for really neat, fine line writing/sketching. Lighter the touch on the paper, thinner the line. more pressure will slightly separate two pieces of the tip, allowing ink to flow freely, creating thicker line. At least that is what I remember from the times I used the tool similar to this one. I will probably use it for that purpose in the future, but this is nail art tool review, so I had to figure the way to use it on my nail.
I painted my nails with fresh green polish - OPI - To the finish Lime.
I did not want to use regular polish for drawing - they dry too fast, and I was afraid that my tool would become useless after a really short time. I decided to use some acrylic paint, so I started playing with black one, not quite sure what I wanted to do. I figured I will do few designs, and then I can decide which one to carry on over all five nails.
Thing is when I was done, I could not decide which one I like the most, so I just went with skittle look for this review. I also added some white for more interest, and have to admit, I really liked this manicure.
This is what I did:
