This will make more sense when you see my manicure for a Shark week - few days late, but better late then never.
As a base on my nails I used Sally Hansen - Pacific Blue (original formula) and Babe Blue.
On thumb, index and pinky, I added a layer of Kleancolor - Chunky Holo Teal. Base for this topper is more like aqua with iridescent glitters, that against blue have red to green tinge, and I kind of thought that may be appropriate for the topic... like a trace of the blood in the water...
Images used are both from Creative Shop, and on my middle finger I have image from Creative Shop 02. I stamped it with Hit the Bottle - As Black As Night. I wanted to use this image forever, but it was so hot in my room, those fine radial lines did not really transfer to the nail. Too bad, as that image is the reason behind purchasing this plate.
On my ring finger, image is from Creative Shop 51. I had to shrink the image to fit my nail. I adore this little fishy with a shark fin strapped onto her, disguising as a shark. I can almost hear her panicky little voice repeating the mantra from the beginning of the post. I told you it will all make sense once you see the images.
Today is my son's birthday. My firstborn is 21 today! Where did time go? I still remember bringing him home from the hospital.
As a little kid, he had a soft spot for the sharks, so this seemed as appropriate manicure as any to post on his birthday. I done this couple of weeks ago...
These days I am into revamping my nail space, and I spent whole day yesterday building the table and one of the shelves. All was finished late last night, and I am still bone tired... and I still have whole room to paint, switch around and organize (again) into my nail corner. I may post a photos after remodeling.
Stay safe, and keep hydrated.
Cheers!
