Few months ago, I purchased couple of really cute Halloween themed stamping plate, and images I used today are from one of them.
Base is Sally Hansen - Lemon Zest, and it was in the same clearance bin as the one I used in yesterday manicure. Even though Lemon Zest in the bottle doesn't look that opaque, this polish proved to be pleasant surprize with full coverage in two easy coats. As the rest of Sally Hansen polishes I own, this one dried pretty quick, and we know that is a bonus in my books... who has time to wait for polish to dry... surely not me!
Using striping brush, I did waterfall (reverse waterfall?) with stripes going from the tip towards the bottom of my nail. I used several polishes for this.
I made decals on my clear jelly stamper using images from DXE-16 stamping plate. This plate is full of images of little girls dressed up as a witches for a Halloween. Even though images are on the smaller side, sadly they been slightly too big for my nails, and my little witches hats did not quite fit.
Cat and bat images are also from the same plate.
Mundo de Unas - Black was my predictable choice for stamping.
Needless to say, this shimmery, metallic, glittery creation was nightmare to photograph...
I did indoor and outdoor photos with this one, and you will notice how Lemon Zest looks slightly different depending on the light. Indoors, with artificial lighting leans slightly orange, while on natural light photos is paler yellow, truer to color in a real life.
