There is no secret that I love everything related to a marine life, anything sea, anything nautical. This is kind of surprising considering I did not grew up by the ocean, but I did spend all of my summers on the coast of Adriatic visiting extended family.
Klean Color - Blue eyed girl was beginning of this manicure. I used it recently for another water related manicure, in small dose though, but enough for me to know this would make fantastic background to any of mermaid/under the sea type of manicure I wanted to do in the future.
I know that I already posted Klean Color manicure earlier today, but recently I got whole bunch of this brand of polishes from Beautometry.com. They are not as expensive to begin with, but there was even better sale where I got them for 1$ each. I just couldn't pass on such sale. Here is swatch of it before I covered it up with stamping.
I stamped, and stamped and stamped again, changing my mind on the color of some elements, then stamping over... yeah, you got the picture.
Stamping images were from all over: MoYou London - Sailor collection 08, Bundle Monster BM-501 and Helen 03.
I also used whole bunch of stamping polishes: MoYou - White, MoYou London - Meadow green, Mundo de unas - Papyrus and Lime.
While taking photos outside on my porch (it is raining here), I spotted Creeping Jenny in my planter, and it reminded me of sea weed, so I had to take photo with it. Color wise, it was perfect match for Lime that I have on my index fingernail.
In the end, I was pleased with results of this manicure. I hope you will feel the same. Cheers!
