This show of gruesome might be OK for a adult kind of the party, but it is bit much for little ones. Halloween is only day in the year when they wear whatever costume they wish, legit, and as a parent, last thing I wanna do is to give little one a nightmare...
I think that reality is gruesome enough, there is no need for more of it. This should be fun for a kids, but year after year, this is becoming all out for adults. I think that is the reason for not liking Halloween.
Here I have small group of children going into sunset with their pumpkin shaped baskets, in pretty costumes, with head full of dreams of candy mountains they will collect on their outing...
No worries - nothing scary or bad will happen to those on my watch. Street is well lit, and neighbourhood is child friendly. There is no fear that in their baskets will be something that should not be there...
>>> I started with painting my nails in one coat of Color Club - Je t'aime. This polish is also used in gradient, to which I added nameless Girls Life polish from my art kit.
Over gradient, I added little bit of holographic toper from Sinful Colors - Kosmic (Denim and Bling Collection). Kosmic has slight texture, but this is easily overcome with top coat.
Image of those trick or treat kids is on DXE22 stamping plate, same series that my little witches images came from. I purchased both of them on AliExpress.com.
For stamping I used Mundo de Unes - Black and Clear jelly stamper.
